The object of this contract is the disposal and treatment of waste collected in the waste sites of SYMPTOM (Bas en Basset, Monistrol sur Loire, Yssingeaux), as well as the provision of dumpsters, the recovery, transport, recovery and treatment of waste. The procedure chosen is the open call for tenders, is subject to the provisions of articles L 2124-2, R 2124-2 and R 2161-1 et seq. of the Code of Public Ordering. The consultation includes six lots
