In Nuremberg, N-ERGIE Netz GmbH is planning to connect the existing district heating pipeline to the new urban quarter "Tiefes Feld" (Rothenburger Straße, Nuremberg) planned by the city of Nuremberg. To pass under an existing railway line, a walk-in culvert for the district heating division is to be built and piped with two DN 300 FW pipes.

This contract includes the planning services according to HOAI (performance profiles for engineering structures, structural engineering, technical equipment).

The contract includes the planning according to HOAI 2021 for engineering structures according to § 43, structural planning according to § 51 and the planning of the technical equipment according to

§ 55 HOAI. Scope: selected basic services as well as additional special services.

Cost estimate of construction work in euros net:

Object 1: Start/finish pit/pipe jacking reinforced concrete DN3000 approx. 6,600,000.00 Euro

Object 2: Buildings approx. 1,200,000.00 Euro

Object 3: Pipeline laying KMR approx. 250,000.00 Euro

Technical equipment: ventilation systems approx. 200,000.00 euros, high-voltage systems approx. 50,000.00 euros
