by agreement constituting a grouping of orders dated 15 June 2017, Vitré Communauté, the city of Vitré and the CCAS of Vitré have decided to establish, in accordance with Article 28 of Ordinance 2015-899 of 23 July 2015, a group of orders in order to join forces to group their purchases of restaurant securities for agents.

This framework agreement consists of the issuance, packaging and delivery of paper restaurant titles and/or dematerialised media for the staff of Vitré Communauté, the city of Vitré and the CCAS of Vitré, as well as related services, in particular the management and monitoring of orders as well as support for the implementation of the place of the device and its evolution
