Herøy Municipality shall construct a new swimming pool next to Herøy Central School on the property title no. 4, cadastral no. 1, unit no. 33, address Sør-Herøyveien 158.

Herøy Municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for Herøy swimming pool. The new building is to be connected to the existing school building.

The contract includes the establishment of rock heating installations and moving the main water and sewage pipeline. The work will be carried out as a turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407.

The new building for the swimming pool is to be fit into the site plan at the school. The pool will be constructed as an extension of the current gym hall/arts hall, where there is currently a shed. The new building is to be connected to the existing school by a roofed superstructure.

Two new stairways are to be established in connection with the existing building. Some demolition work will be required in the existing building for the construction of these, including an external ramp.

- Stairway 1: In order to ensure universal design for the connection between the buildings, a stairway is to be established with a lift/lifting platform by the school's main entrance. Stairway 1 is to be priced as an option.

- Stairway 2: A stairway must also be constructed in the lower part of the building. Access is ensured here via stairs or a lifting platform to level U in the new building.

As regards the estimated total value in the notice, emphasis is put on the fact that this is the project's estimated total framework. The contract cost is part of this.
