Assens Municipality offers food delivery to the municipality's citizens living at home as well as care centers and CUA – more specifically refrigerated food from Assens Municipality's Food Service. The estimated consumption amounts to approximately DKK 465,000 excl. VAT on an annual basis. The maximum value is estimated to be DKK 850,000 excl. VAT on an annual basis. This is only an estimate which is not binding on the contracting entity. The agreement is concluded as a framework agreement for a period of 2 years with the possibility of an option for an additional 2 x 12 months. During this period, the contracting entity undertakes to purchase the services covered by the tender from the selected tenderer on the terms described in the tender documents. No tenders may be submitted for individual parts of the agreement. It is not considered to be advantageous for the tenderer or contracting entity that the task is divided into lots, which is why the framework agreement is awarded to one supplier who must handle the full task.
