The tender relates to the acquisition of Workplace Equipment and related services by a brand-independent Supplier, taking into account educational purchasing conditions for employees (Hardware IGEA legal entity), including teachers, and students through the MBO Student Fund (Hardware Student Fund). Not every participating legal entity of IGEA currently needs the acquisition of Hardware Student Fund within this tender (see the Descriptive document). These participating legal entities reserve the right to decide to use the services of the Supplier for the acquisition of the Hardware Student Fund during the term of the Framework Agreement.

The Client intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with one (1) party for the duration of one (1) year with the unilateral possibility for Contracting Authority to extend three times one (1) year.

The maximum order value is set at € 18,150,000,-- excluding VAT.

The estimate of the size of the Contract is based on the expected purchase of Workplace equipment and optional services during the maximum term of the Framework Agreement, plus ten percent (10%).

No rights can be derived from the aforementioned maximum order value. Although the estimate has been carefully made, it remains based on historical figures and uncertain expectations for the future. This means that the actual job value may be lower.
