The market is intended to meet the needs of the Martinique Tourism Committee as part of the reception of cruise tourists during the season from October 2019 to August 2020.

Musical or artistic entertainment at the stopover sites of cruise ships on the territory of Martinique.

These are: provision of qualified temporary staff (hostesses and facilitators) to ensure the reception of cruise tourists at cruise terminals from October 2019 to August 2020 on behalf of the Martinique Tourism Committee.

The WCL will hold an information meeting in early October for selected staff.

Provision of a cleaning agent for the cleaning of the reception areas of the Pointe Simon cruise terminal and more particularly the toilets.

At each stopover, and at least 1 hour before the arrival of the cruise ship, the service provider must ensure the delivery, installation, installation, dismantling, and removal, transportation and storage of equipment necessary for the realization from the welcome village of Pointe Simon according to the calendar.

The service provider must set up on behalf of the Martinique Tourism Committee, uniformed security guards to ensure the safety of the premises, people, property and equipment.

The mission of the security personnel is to control and regulate access to the cruise terminal and to ensure the safety of passengers, exhibitors and staff on mission at this area at each stopover.

The service provider will be responsible for setting up a quality sound system for each stopover at Pointe Simon.
