Mestar (City of Kuopio Municipal Technology Company) calls for a negotiated procurement: The acquisition of a grader. Upon receipt of requests to participate, Mestar will request a preliminary offer for a new grader (1 piece) and a unit bid price of EUR / piece for used Master graders (3 pieces). The purchase includes an option 3 for the D machine control system, an option for the side plow and its required technology, and an option for a new grader in 2021 or 2022. Each option will be decided individually.

The goal is to acquire a Grader suitable for the purpose of the Master, to train the Master's employee for the Grader's machine maintenance tasks, and possibly (not bind the customer) to give 1-2 used Graders a replacement grader. This invitation to tender is accompanied by an indicative invitation to tender, tender form 1 and tender form 2, which will be made available prior to submitting your application.
