The project consists of 3 different object parts.

- Sports and infrastructure building (SIGB)

This stilted building has 10 large changing rooms with communal showers and toilet facilities on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is the restaurant and a spacious, partially covered terrace and a fully covered grandstand.

- Parking and sports facility (PASA)

The partly underground parking facility, which is also pinned, offers around 146 covered parking spaces on approx. 4,800 m 2 Floor space. The new artificial turf field with small stands made of concrete element steps will be created above the parking facility.

- Street work facility

Public street work facility.

Sports and infrastructure building:

Ventilated facade made of horizontal, in front of gray (silverwood) spruce wood cladding with rock wool insulation and concealed assembly using a long screw system. Enamelled windows and door frames.

Wooden formwork: approx. 675 m 2

Number of frames: approx. 33 pieces
