The subject of the tender is the manufacture and delivery of large waste containers -MGB- for a system conversion in the municipality of Stolberg in the area of residual and kitchen waste as well as the confiscation of the old residual waste containers and the installation of the new containers produced, which must be completed by 01.01.2024.

The volume sizes of the tanks are 40 litres (120 litres with insert), 60 litres, 80 litres, 120 litres, 240 litres, 770 litres and 1,100 litres. The body colour is grey-anthracite, the colour of the lids is grey or brown, depending on the fraction. The usual RAL colour numbers apply to all lids. All MGBs must be equipped with transponders (BDE standard, type Fdx). The FMC must be marked in accordance with the client's specifications (cf. 7.7. and 7.8 of the service description). Some of the MGBs are available in 2-wheel or 4-wheel versions.

The tender is based on a positive decision by the council of the Kuperstadt Stolberg at the end of August 2023 for the system changeover. If the decision is rejected by the Council, the present call for tenders will be cancelled. Bidders will be informed immediately.

The call for tenders takes place in the form of an open procedure in accordance with § 119 para. 3 in conjunction with § 15 VgV.

In accordance with § 15 III VgV, the deadline is shortened by 15 days due to the existence of an urgent case. The existence of an urgent case is due to the fact that it is no longer possible to wait for the deadlines for the timely delivery and placement of the containers for the city of Stolberg as part of the system changeover by the end of the year. The tender could not take place earlier, as Stolberg has postponed the decisive council decision to the end of August and it is only now becoming clear which container sizes and quantities need to be put out to tender. Due to the late release of the information, a call for tenders was not possible earlier and the urgency has been created.
