This contract is concluded according to the formalized open tender procedure, pursuant to articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2161-2o to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code.

This consultation will be carried out in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the public order code relating to framework agreements and of articles R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code. relating to framework agreements with purchase orders.

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum amount.

Purchase orders will be notified by the different hospitals concerned as needed.
