ESB Generation has ongoing requirements for the hire of temporary site facilities for its generating portfolio (see www.esb.ie for Power Stations). The requirement for site facilities may also extend to its wind farms, and generating stations at Pigeon House Road, Ringsend, Dublin 4, owned and operated by ESBs subsidiary companies Synergen Power Ltd. and Utility O&M Services Ltd. respectively along with Coolkeeragh ESB Ltd, Northern Ireland. ESB invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates. This call for competition is to establish a framework agreement. The scope of work envisaged includes the provision of temporary facilities for a range of projects and overhauls. These facilities may include temporary offices, toilets, stores, meeting rooms, shower/wash-rooms, mess rooms. The size and scope of the facilities will vary as per ESB requirements over the period of the contract.

The framework term will be a maximum of 5 years, comprised of a 3 year initial term with the right to extend by a further 2 years at the discretion of ESB.
