The purpose of this open European tender is to conclude a framework agreement with a single contractor to provide security services. Security services include key management and alarm monitoring, Private Alarm Central, occupation at fixed posts, opening- control and B&S rounds and advising and conducting security during (municipal) events/calamities. Security services are divided into five parts;

Part A - Municipal Buildings

Part B - Educational Housing

Part C - Sportaal

Part D - Urban Lyceum

Part E - VBE

The five parts mentioned consist of +/- 140 buildings in total. Alarm monitoring must be provided for these five components. In addition, fixed occupancy needs to be delivered in a number of locations.
