The Market covers the geographic perimeter of line 18 of the Grand Paris Express network. The Market includes all the services of studies, developments, supplies, installations, deployments, tests, training, commissioning and maintenance of the following systems:

- a LTE PMR 700 and 2600 Mhz network (for operating and maintenance uses as well as police and rescue services);

- an ultra-high speed radio network for downloading on-board videos at the station (from the on-board system).

For component A, it is a market composed of a firm tranche and an optional tranche, at mixed prices (with fixed prices and unit prices): purchase orders with no minimum and with a fixed maximum EUR 40,000,000 for studies, possible developments, supplies, installations, tests, training, commissioning and maintenance. For component B, this is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum and no maximum for maintenance services.
