Object planning of outdoor facilities according to Part 3 Section 2 HOAI

The contract includes the object planning of outdoor facilities in accordance with Part 3 Section 2 HOAI, for the design of the open spaces of the Christoph-Graupner-Schule as part of the restructuring and expansion of the school buildings

The planning up to LPH 2 is already available, a step-by-step commissioning of LPH 3-9 services is planned. As a special service, the »selection of plants at the supplier« and the »preparation of an outdoor plant stock documentation« are to be commissioned

The Christoph-Graupner-Schule in Darmstadt is a school with a focus on mental development with a department for physical and motor development. The school's mission is to enable children and young people with intellectual disabilities to participate in culture and society. The existing buildings of the school are currently being restructured and extended by a new building. The buildings are to be put back into operation at the beginning of the 2024/25 school year.

A coordinated preliminary draft LP2 and a budget plan are already available for the outdoor facilities.
