The Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) intends to award the establishment and operation of a service point in the gender equality labour market programme "GAPS" by means of an open procedure pursuant to § 119 Abs. 1 GWB.

In order to support the BMFSFJ, a service point is to be advertised for the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2025 to accompany the action programme and its subprojects. The tasks of the service centre include in particular:
a) Cooperation with the BMFSFJ:
- The service centre works closely with the relevant department. For this purpose, jour fixe are set up (1x per quarter). The jour fixe can take place both digitally and analogously. The service center draws up the protocols.
- In terms of content, the Service Agency is expected to provide expertise and input - even at short notice - on current labour market policy issues related to and have an impact on equality between women and men. This includes impulses or short notes for the further development of the programme, for the topics of the subprojects and for networking (max. 3 impulses/notes per year).
- The service center prepares a status report for the client 1x per quarter (with a short outline of activities, material costs and personnel deployment).
b) Support of the steering committee:
- The Service Centre organises the meetings of the Steering Committee on the Action Programme (two meetings per year). This includes preparation and invitation management, implementation including catering via the house caterer in the BMFSFJ, logging, follow-up, follow-up of the agreements made, etc.
- In addition to the BMFSFJ, the steering committee for the GAPS action programme includes the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Federal Employment Agency, the Confederation of German Employers' Associations and the German Trade Union Confederation.
(c) Cooperation with sub-projects of the Action Programme:
- The Service Point acts as an interface management between all stakeholders and contact persons and is the central point of contact in the network of the new Labour Market Programme.
- The Service Point ensures an exchange between the project promoters by inviting networking between the project promoters and, if necessary, other multipliers (analogue or digital) once a year during the project period.
- The Service Centre ensures the dissemination of project (interim) results as well as practical findings, in particular through publications on the Action Programme website, www.perspektiven-schaffen.de (see also "Public relations").
(d) In the context of the promotion of the programme, the service centre shall be responsible for:
- the creation and implementation of a communication concept for the labour market programme and establishment of the presence in the (new) media in order to further increase the reach of the programme
- the editorial supervision of the website for the action programme GAPS, www.perspektiven-schaffen.de, with contributions to the sub-projects and background information on the programme as well as general information on the topic of equality on the labour market. This includes:
- the regular updating of existing contributions and links as well as the search for new linking options and the corresponding implementation
- the conception and implementation of print and digital products such as flyers, brochures, advertisements, posters (1-2 products per year).
e) Implementation/participation in events:
- The Service Point presents GAPS at congresses, conferences/fairs and exhibitions (participation in 2-3 external events per year).
- The planning must be coordinated in advance with the client.
