The aim is to engage up to 3 tenderers with different perspectives in order to review possible realisation strategies for the development and realisation of a future tactical management system in the country domain and a plan for implementing the strategy.

The review and the results from the review shall be submitted in a report. It is a prerequisite that the tenderers adapt their use of hours to the cost limit and response requirements.

The report shall be submitted 20 working days after the contract has been signed.

Depending on the date the contract is signed, the report must be submitted by 29.1.2016.

The assignment has a cost limit with a fixed price of up to 500 000 NOK, including VAT per tenderer.
