Contracting authorities are the Foundation for Christian Secondary Education for the region of East Friesland (lot 1), the Foundation Christian Scholengemeenschap Lauwers College and the Campus Kollum foundation (joint lot 2). The aim of this tender is to enter into an agreement with one suitable contractor per foundation that can meet the need for cleaning services and glass washing. This call for tenders therefore focuses on three different contracts, divided over two lots. The tenderer with the best B-PKV in lot 2 therefore obtains two contracts. CSG Liudger publishes this government contract partly on behalf of the CSG Lauwers College and the Campus Kollum foundation.

The estimate of the contract for lot 1 is approximately EUR 300,000 per year (of which approximately EUR 40,000 in directing costs), this amount includes 21% VAT. The scope of delivery is based on the average annual purchase figures of recent years. The tenderer cannot derive any rights from this specified scope in the tender.

NOTE: If the registration amount exceeds EUR 390,000, including 21% VAT, per year, the client reserves the right not to award this contract. This amount does not include any quality bonus that can be achieved.

The project estimate for lot 2 is approximately EUR 230,000 per year for Lauwers College and approximately EUR 66,000 for the Kollum campus, including 21% VAT. The scope of delivery is based on the average annual purchase figures of recent years. The tenderer cannot derive any rights from this specified scope in the tender.

NOTE: If the registration amount for Buitenpost and Grijpskerk collectively exceeds EUR 275,000, including 21% VAT, per year (the maximum cleaning budget), the client reserves the right not to award this contract. For the Campus in Kollum, the registration fee is maximized at EUR 75,000, including 21% VAT, per year. The Campus in Kollom is a multifunctional building with its own foundation board.
