1. The subject of this order is a service consisting of:

1) receipt of municipal waste from owners of residential property located in the Municipality of Braniewa City, on which municipal waste is created and delivery to the Municipal Waste Processing Installation, i.e. the Waste Disposal Plant in Elbląg, Mazurska 42,

2) washing and disinfecting containers for municipal waste mixed

3) washing and disinfecting containers intended for the collection of biodegradable waste,

4) washing and disinfection of containers intended for selective collection of municipal waste

5) supply bags for selective collection of municipal waste

6) the creation of a Point on the territory of the Municipality of Braniewa Town

7) providing containers for selective ash collection

8) delivery of containers for selective collection of biodegradable waste

9) delivery of containers for selective collection of municipal waste

10) will pick up Christmas trees in the post-festive period.

1. The subject of this order is a service consisting of:

1) receipt of municipal waste from owners of residential property located in the Municipality of Braniewa City, on which municipal waste is created and delivery to the Municipal Waste Processing Installation, i.e. the Waste Disposal Plant in Elbląg, Mazurska 42, only through the Municipal Waste Transshipment Station in Braniewo at Stefczyka Street, in a manner ensuring that adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2021, item 888, as amended);

2) washing and disinfecting containers for mixed municipal waste located at inhabited properties located in the Municipality of Braniewa;

3) washing and disinfecting containers intended for the collection of biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on biowaste located on inhabited properties located in the Municipality of Braniewa;

4) washing and disinfection of containers intended for selective collection of municipal waste located at inhabited properties located in the Municipality of Braniewa City;

5) the provision of bags for selective collection of municipal waste for owners of inhabited properties located in the Municipality of Braniewa, with each time receipt of municipal waste segregated in the same quantity and type as received (the price of bags is included at the offer price);

6) the creation of a Point within the Municipality of Braniewa, to which the residents of Braniewa city (covered by the municipal waste management system) will be able to supply waste specified in the chapter. (2) (b), (f), (h), (m) of the description of the subject of the contract, annex 1 to the SWZ;

7) the supply of containers intended for selective collection of ash purchased by the Municipality of Braniewa for owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Braniewa and their possible collection and delivery to the indicated address on the order of the Ordering Party;

8) the delivery of containers intended for selective collection of biodegradable waste purchased by the Municipality of Braniewa to owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Braniewa and possible collection and delivery to the indicated address on behalf of the Ordering Party;

9) the delivery of containers intended for selective collection of municipal waste purchased by the Municipality of Braniewa to owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Braniewa and their possible collection and delivery to the indicated address on the order of the Ordering Party;

10) will pick up Christmas trees in the post-festive period.
