INSTALLATION OF ZPN FENCES AROUND THE PEGASE CASCAD INSTALLATIONS OF THE CADARACHE SITE
The purpose of the contract is studies (implantation, sizing, connection, integration into the existing, ...) the supply, installation and commissioning of the following equipment:
- A fence with anti-climbing characteristics (mesh welded with a fine mesh) and equipped with flaps;
In order to optimize implementation times and take into account operating constraints, the method of laying the ZPN fence will have to be adapted according to the area. As such, the fence will be placed on:
- GBA type studs (PEGASE side (Red colored track)) on a linear estimated at about 250 meters. This solution facilitates the processing of all networks likely to cross the fence route;
- A concrete footing or GBA for the remaining portion estimated at about 230 meters less impacted by the presence of networks. Bidders will have to detail and justify their choice on this part of the route, in particular on the cost, time and sustainability aspects of the solution
- Instrumentation on the fence to detect an attempt to cross the ZPN boundary;
- A set of cameras associated with lighting to monitor the entire ZPN;
- Openings (Rotary Safety Drums, gates and motorized gate) allowing the crossing of the ZPN barrier for authorized persons and vehicles;
- The access control equipment associated with the openings.
The contract is a Defence or Security Contract (MDS) as defined in Article L1113-1 of the Public Order Code paragraph 2: the supply of equipment intended for security and which involves, requires or contains protected or classified media or information in the interest of national security.
II.1.5) Brief description of the contract or acquisition(s):
