o Provide one or more “direct draft” water fountain (s) (water cooled directly by a coil cooled by a compressor) in perfect working order;
o Install each water fountain on the site (s) and at the place (s) defined in consultation with the representative of the Company (including transport, connection and commissioning of equipment) close to a water supply or up to a distance of 3 meters maximum, close to an electrical outlet, up to a distance of 2m maximum, and, in case of connection to mains drainage, close to a suitable drain, up to a distance of 1m. If necessary over a distance greater than 2m for electricity or 3 meters for access to water, the Company will take care of the work and the financing of the additional distance.
o Maintain and/or carry out the manipulations necessary for the permanent proper functioning of the water fountain (s), and the maintenance of the bacteriological quality in accordance with the Hygiene and Sanitary regulations in force;
o Deliver consumables ordered by the Company to a location specified by the latter.
o Remove fountains at the end of the market according to the schedule communicated by the Company.
o Remove water fountains during the market on request of the Company.

Installation and maintenance of fountains on the network of ENEDIS sites for the North-East zoneThe services to be performed are:

• Provide one or more bottle fountain (s) in perfect working order;
• Install each bottle fountain on the site (s) and in the place (s) defined in consultation with the representative of the Company (in particular the transport, connection and commissioning of the equipment) close to an electrical outlet, up to a distance of 2m maximum, If necessary over a distance of more than 2m for electricity, Company will take over the work and the financing of the additional distance.
• Maintain and/or carry out the manipulations necessary for the permanent proper functioning of the water fountain (s), and the maintenance of the bacteriological quality in accordance with the Hygiene and Sanitary regulations in force;
• Deliver consumables ordered by the Company to a location specified by the latter.
