Oksenøya center, Fornebu, is the first of the 3 last centers for social infrastructure subject to development in the area. Oksenøya center is situated inside the Fornebu ring close to the Nansen Park, and comprise of the following:

— primary school 5 parallels,

— nursery home for 300 children,

— multi-purpose hall,

— artificial grass field,

— local environment/outdoor area,

— residential/treatment center for 150 residents,

— parking basement.

The total GFA for the project is approx. 30 000 m2. The primary school w/multi-purpose hall, artificial grass field, outdoor area, and nursery home with outdoor area shall be completed for school/nursery home start in Aug. 2022. The residential/treatment center shall be completed during Q4 2022. Final handover shall occur after a commissioning phase of 12 months. The project will be implemented as 3 subprojects: school, nursery home and residential/treatment center. This procurement applies to project management for the residential/treatment center.
