ICT Nordfjord wants to enter into a contract with a supplier for the purchase and lease of licenses for the municipalities' software, servers and services that are currently delivered by Microsoft. This includes, amongst other things, a maintenance contract (Software Assurance) for existing licenses, options for procuring new licenses and the hire of licenses.

The contract is based on the government's standard contract for the procurement of software and equipment (Norwegian abbreviation: SSA-K). The contract period is 3 years with an option for 3 years extension.

The current Enterprise Agreement for Nordfjordnett (a division of ICT Nordfjord) expires 30 June 2020. A novation amendment for the Enterprise Agreements for former Flora Municipality and Nordfjordnett has been signed. When Nordfjordnett's Enterprise Agreement expires, the licenses shall be collected in a new joint Enterprise Agreement. This agreement shall be linked to the Enterprise Agreement for former Flora Municipality. Flora has after the regional reform of 1 January 2020 been included in Kinn Municipality. The enterprise agreement for former Flora Municipality expires 30 September 2021.
