Description:
provision of laundry services including the lease of hospital linen for a period of 48 months

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive laundry services for the needs of the Międzyleski Specialist Hospital in Warsaw, consisting of:

- providing a comprehensive laundry service including transport, drying and processing (ironing, mangling, disinfection, etc.) of hospital linen, surgical linen, pillows, blankets, quilts, mattresses, mattress covers, and other such as curtains, drapes, cloths, tablecloths, along with repair and dry cleaning of the assortment not suitable for water washing and patients' clothes.

- leasing of hospital linen according to the assortment specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference

- implementation of an RFID or equivalent system allowing for the identification and recording of the assortment sent for washing, enabling contactless counting.

- permanent marking of the assortment specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Use and the assortment remaining the property of the Ordering Party, including the newly purchased, with FFID fairs or equivalent with the following data: name

- providing a comprehensive laundry service including transport, drying and processing (ironing, mangling, disinfection, etc.) of hospital linen, surgical linen, pillows, blankets, quilts, mattresses, mattress covers, and other such as curtains, drapes, cloths, tablecloths, along with repair and dry cleaning of the assortment not suitable for water washing and patients' clothes.

- leasing of hospital linen according to the assortment specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference

- implementation of an RFID or equivalent system allowing for the identification and recording of the assortment sent for washing, enabling contactless counting.

- permanent marking of the assortment specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Use and the assortment remaining the property of the Ordering Party, including the newly purchased assortment, with FFID fairs or equivalent with the following data: name of the hospital, name of the assortment, e.g. duvet, quilt/blanket, name of the department, etc.

2. Implementation of the system along with the delivery of underwear within a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract,

3. The implementation of the system will consist in equipping and installing in the premises of the Ordering Party (dirty and clean linen) devices for handling RFID tags (or equivalent), such as: computer hardware with software, gates with tag readers, scales, training of the Ordering Party's staff, delivery of linen under leasing.

4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix 2 to this specification.

5. Due to the specificity of the subject matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 131(2)(1) of the Public Procurement Law, requires the submission of tenders after a site visit. Taking into account the above, before the deadline for submitting the offer for this procedure, a site visit will be organized in order to obtain all information regarding the subject of the contract. The contracting authority considers it necessary for the comprehensive preparation of offers. The Contractor shall bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of the offer. The Contracting Authority sets the date of the site visit for 29.11.2023. at 11:00 a.m. During this period, contractors wishing to carry out a site visit are asked to contact us by phone to arrange a meeting. At the same time, the Contracting Authority informs that the offer of the Contractor who does not carry out the on-site inspection will be rejected pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Law

III. The deadline for the completion of the order is 48 months from the date of signing the contract.

IV. Draft provisions of the agreement Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Use is an integral part of this documentation and the provisions contained therein are treated as conditions for awarding the contract.

3. In order to confirm that the supplies offered comply with the requirements set out by the

Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority requires:

f) The Ordering Party requires the delivery of 1 pc. the following samples:

- hospital underwear: white duvet cover, sheet, operating blouse size M and XL, operating pants size M and XL;

- Fashion clothing: women's sweatshirt fastened with press studs, women's sweatshirt put on over the head, women's trousers, skirt, men's sweatshirt fastened with press studs, men's sweatshirt put on over the head, men's trousers, doctor's apron.

- smooth hospital bedding: catalogue card confirming the description;

- duvet: Oeko-Tex Class I certificate

- blanket: a folder or other document confirming the composition of the raw material.

- pillow: Oeko-Tex Class I certificate;

- patient's pajama set, patient's shirt: folder

- Surgical clothing (sweatshirt and trousers): technical data sheet of the fabric confirming

grammage and chemical composition and folder;

- mops: instructions for use and folder;

- fashioned clothing: fabric cards confirming the required parameters and the Oeko-Tex Standard certificate;

- Workwear: A document confirming the composition of the raw material.
