Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) is seeking to purchase a Patient-Level Information and Costing System (PLICS). The Trust will require the system to produce high quality patient-level cost data for local reporting and national cost collections, together with monthly SLR reports to support all services and commissioning across the Trust.

Offered solutions must be compliant with NHS Improvement's minimum software requirements for costing NHS services in England and must be capable of being delivered in a hosted (either by the selected supplier or by the Trust) environment.
