The purpose of this consultation is to assist the contracting authority in carrying out the reconstruction operation of the accommodation establishment for dependent elderly people (Ehpad) in Delle. The new construction of a capacity of 90 beds will allow the abandonment of the operation of the current nursing home which is with a capacity of 56 beds

It is a contract for intellectual services services. The contract consists of two tranches, the content of which is described to the CCTP: the firm tranche and an optional tranche. The firm tranche includes the following missions:-Feasibility and framing of the operation-program of the operationThe optional tranche is composed of the missions:-Assistance in the award of contracts for intellectual services and works-Assistance in the conduct of the site and the acceptance of the works
