2. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting partial bids divided into 6 tasks, which are indicated in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit a bid for one or more tasks.
3. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract are included in attachments no.: 11A to SWZ (regarding Task No. 1), 11B to SWZ (regarding Task No. 2), 11C to SWZ (regarding Task No. 3), 11D to SWZ (regarding Task No. 4), 11E to SWZ (regarding Task No. 5), 11F to SWZ (regarding Task No. 6).
Task No. 1: comprehensive provision of cleaning and cleaning services in facilities and areas1. The subject of this contract is the comprehensive provision of cleaning and cleaning services in facilities and areas.

3. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires that each of the Contractors intending to submit a bid in these proceedings carry out an on-site inspection, under pain of rejection of the bid, in accordance with Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Law.
The date of the inspection should be set by phone with the persons indicated in §8 section 1 of the draft contract (Annex 10A to the SWZ).
To confirm the above action, the Contractor shall submit a statement contained in point II.9. offer form, the model of which is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ and the offer will be accompanied by a confirmation received from the Ordering Party confirming the completion of the on-site inspection.
Task No. 2: comprehensive provision of cleaning and cleaning services in unmanned social points1. The subject of this contract is the comprehensive provision of cleaning and cleaning services in maintenance-free social points.
2. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract are included in Annexes No. 11B to SWZ.
3. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires that each of the Contractors intending to submit a bid in these proceedings carry out an on-site inspection, under pain of rejection of the bid, in accordance with Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Law.
