This consultation defines the conditions under which the CEA entrusts to the Holder, who accepts, the supply, installation and maintenance of a 3D electrodynamic vibrating table for vibratory and seismic tests for the NEWTAM project within the framework of the State Recovery Plan, hereinafter referred to as the “Equipment”. located in building 603 located on the CEA Paris-Saclay Center.
The services are divided into a fixed part and an estimated part.
The lump sum benefits include in particular:
- An implementation study,
- The supply of Equipment,
- The supply of test programs for factory inspections and tests,
- Packaging and delivery to the CEA premises,
- Assembly, connection and installation in the CEA premises,
o All holes and finishing fillings of reservations,
o The installation of the electrical cabinet of the Equipment and its connection to the waiting period provided by the electricity body,
o The CFO electrical connections of the devices supplied by the Holder,
o Connections (pipes and ducts) to the control post,
o The anchoring points of the Equipment,
o The passage of cables and the installation of the various switchgear and electrical cabinets,
- Checks and tests on site,
- The provision of all the documents necessary for the operation, maintenance and maintenance of the Equipment,
- Training in the use and administration of the Equipment,
- The guarantee of the Equipment for a period of 24 months from receipt,
- Guarantees associated with the work.
The estimated part includes services on price lists and services on prior quotation.
