The municipality of Oldambt, Afeer and the Volkskredietbank wish to tender the services for the hiring of third parties. This tender concerns the hiring of temporary workers up to and including scale 8. The hiring of positions in scale 9 and higher are expressly excluded from this tender. By concluding the Framework Agreements, the Contracting Authorities aim to establish cooperation and partnership between the Contracting Authorities and the Contractors.

In these cases, the hiring of third parties offers the Contracting Authority a certain degree of flexibility that is desired. From the perspective of good employment practices, depending on the internal recruitment process, the decision will be made to proceed with external hiring.

The tender consists of three (3) lots, namely:

Lot 1 Municipality of Oldambt;

Lot 2 Afeer;

Lot 3 VKB.

The municipality of Oldambt wants to conclude a framework agreement with two temporary employment service providers by means of the tender. Within these Framework Agreements, according to a mini-competition described in Chapter I.2, further hiring assignments are given to the contracted service providers.

By means of the tender, Afeer wants to contract one temporary employment service provider in a framework agreement. Afeer's assignment mainly consists of the deployment of cleaning staff, employees for the green department and for the waste return project.

VKB wants to contract one broadcast service provider in a framework agreement by means of the tender.
