The subject of the contract consisting in the performance of the task entitled: "Renovation of the voivodship road No. 812 on the section from km 94+307 to km 96+307"

The scope of works includes:

1) Corrective milling of bituminous surface max thickness 4.0 cm – 4 290.1 m²

2) Making a wear layer from the AC11S 50/70 mineral and asphalt mixture as for KR 3-4, layer thickness after compaction 4 cm, including cleaning and sprinkling of the binding layer with asphalt 0.1 – 0.3 kg/m2 – 12 347.5 m²

(includes roadways, intersections with lower category roads, bus bays and adjustment of the height of bituminous exits);

3) Making a binding layer from the AC16W 35/50 mineral and asphalt mixture as for KR 3-4, layer thickness after compaction 6 cm, with cleaning and sprinkling the foundation with asphalt 0.5 – 0.7 kg/m2 – 12 257.5 m²

4) Leveling the existing roadway with AC16W 35/50 mineral and asphalt mixture as for KR 3-4, mechanically – average value 3 cm, with sprinkling of the binding layer with asphalt 0.5 – 0.7 kg/m2 – 353.0 m²

5) Supplementing the roadside with embankment soil – 200.0 m²

6) Execution of roadsides (width 1.0 m) with crushed aggregate 0/31.5 to a thickness of min. 10 cm with profiling and compaction of the substrate – 4 495.5 m²

7) Thin-film horizontal marking – restoration of existing marking – 845,0 m²

8) Vertical adjustment of guide posts U-1a – 40,0 pcs
