this public contract takes the form of a framework agreement, in accordance with the applicable provisions of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the Public Order Code. The services are concluded at unit prices as defined in the Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). In view of the extent of the needs to be met, the services will be executed by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code in force, with no minimum threshold and with a maximum quantity of 1,300 tons of bulky goods received per year
