This notice concerns the application phase of the competitive tendering procedure selected for the award of this contract.

The contract concerns the design and construction of a cryofour for the Dream instrument within the framework of the ESS project (the Beneficiary).

The Dream instrument will be installed on a neutron beam.

The benefits of the flat-rate part include in particular:

- the studies;

- supplies;

- the supply of a closed cycle freeze-oven equipped with a sample exchanger (CCR-SE) comprising, as defined in articles 3 and 4 of the CDC:

—— a heating cryogenic module and a sample exchanger;

—— a compressor and a closed helium circuit;

—— an electronic command-control system;

—— a purge circuit;

-- a carriage;

—— a system allowing alternately the mounting of the cryogenic head on a support or on the flange of a sealed enclosure;

- the supply of tools for testing, installation and transport;

- factory tests and technical inspections;

- transport and delivery to the ESS site in Lund, Sweden;

- assistance with technical tests and inspections on the ESS site;

- training of the Beneficiary's operators;

- the delivery of all deliverables;

- 24 month warranty from receipt of the supply.
