VgV technical planning TGA / electrical | Klinikum Tuttlingen New building E; Modification OP / IST

The Tuttlingen Clinic is to be expanded by another ward, building E.

In addition, a new intensive care unit with a maximum of 12 beds is to be built in the existing component B and the existing OP -IST area is to be refurbished and expanded.

In September 2019, a feasibility study by the office of wörner traxler richter, Frankfurt, was carried out for the new construction of the bed house.

The measures are funded by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Baden-Württemberg.

The costs of the new building E, including medical technology, are estimated at approx. EUR 23.8 million (KG 100-800), the costs of renovation ITS / OP, including medical technology, are estimated at approx. EUR 23.6 million estimated (KG 100-800).

For the services of the technical planning TGA Elektro acc. Sections 53, 55 HOAI LPH 1-9, ALG 4-5, incl. Fire alarm system, ALG 6, we are looking for a suitable engineering office. The assignment should take place in stages.

The planning should be documented in AutoCAD Architecture with DWG format 2018 in a predefined layer structure.

1) Description of new building E: Component E is required because in the course of a decision by the district of Tuttlingen as owner of the clinic, the hospital's stationary resources are to be brought together at one location in the future.

In future, the departments E Plastic Surgery / Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Conservative Orthopedic and Orthopedic Pain Therapy, Geriatrics / Old Age Traumatology as well as Internal Medicine / Diabetology will be accommodated in component E.

Since patients with dementia will be accommodated in future occupancy, it is important when designing a new building that long corridors and cul-de-sacs are avoided wherever necessary for these patients.

Therefore, a component in the form of "pavilion / courtyard type" is preferred because the inner courtyard can be used to achieve an interior quality for the patient.

Component E is accessed with a connecting passage through the existing building, component D.

Component E should consist of 3 levels of general care in accordance with the enclosed room program. Each level has an area of approx. 810 m 2 NUF to be expected with 36 beds per floor. A provisional maximum bed distribution of 16 twin and 4 single rooms per ward is aimed for;

2) Project description of the reconstruction of the OP-IST / concerns components A and B In the existing component B of the Tuttlingen Clinic, a new intensive care unit with a maximum of 12 beds is to be built and the existing OP-IST area is to be refurbished and expanded.

The OP-ITS remodeling project is divided into 2 sub-projects:

In a first step, a new intensive care unit with a maximum of 12 beds (possibly divided into 8 ventilation beds and 4 monitoring beds) is built in component B.

Then, in a second step, today's Z-OP with 4 halls including the adjoining areas recovery room, CSSD will be completely renovated.

Before the second sub-step, a new fifth operating room must be built on the floor plan of today's ITS, which will be used primarily as an outpatient operating room in the future, but also to expand the operating capacity of the house in TUT. That is, this fifth room must meet the highest hygienic and ventilation requirements in order to allow maximum flexibility in planning the procedure.

For this, the existing component A may have to be extended. In addition, this fifth room should already be physically available during the general renovation of the Z-OP in order not to unduly reduce the OR capacity during the expected time of the Z-OP renovation.

When moving or New construction can have a total usable area of 1,600 m 2 be assumed.

The low-voltage main distribution, NSHV, was renewed in 2006.

There are 2 emergency generators with a total of 1,500 kVA, built in 1984 and 2011 and a BEV system.

The basic installation is from 1986, renovations and renovations with the construction phases D-Bau 2013, Kreissaal 2014, ZNA 2015, C-Bau 2019.

Planning should begin immediately after the assignment.

Estimated further dates: Negotiations on May 26, 2020.
