1 | Purchasing, storing and distributing bicycle parts nationwide to Fiets & Service locations, operators (third parties) and Hubs for the purpose of (the repair of) OV-fiets.

2 | The purchase, storage and national distribution of bicycle parts to Bicycle & Service locations for (the repair of) customer bicycles.

3 | Purchasing, storing and distributing tools nationwide to Fiets & Service locations and to the Hubs.

4 | Warehouse function for management deliveries, i.e. storing in the supplier's warehouse and distributing parts supplied to the supplier by NS or on behalf of NS nationwide (e.g. smart slot OV-fiets).

5 | Hanging bicycle parts and accessories in Bicycle & Service locations.

6 | Advising Fiets & Service locations with regard to the Schebbing Plan and drawing up a promotion plan.

7 | Connect to existing NS IT.

The estimated size of the Assignment is € 15,000,000. (excl. VAT).

PLEASE NOTE: NS is in the process of requesting the production and delivery of the new OV-fiets 4th generation. After awarding the relevant OV-fiets 4th generation contract, the supplier can order the unique bicycle parts for OV-fiets 4th generation from the new OV-fiets 4th generation supplier. The prices from the price sheet associated with the OV -fiets 4th generation contract will apply to these orders. In the Prize Sheet from this tender, NS includes estimated cost prices and quantities for OV-fiets unique parts. The supplier must include in the Price Sheet a storage percentage for handling, storage, purchasing, insurance of the relevant parts.

NOTE: This data reflects the extent in the past. No rights can be derived from this information for the present assignment. The reason for this is that the size of the assignment is determined by the need for the service (based on, among other things, sales and rental figures) and available budget. The scope of the assignment may also fluctuate per year.

The supplier must take into account changes with regard to the nature, content and scope of the delivery, including due to innovations and developments in the market. NS reserves the right, as a so-called revision clause as referred to in the Procurement Act, to change the nature, content and scope of the deliveries during the execution of the framework agreement. The provisions of the framework agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to the activities resulting from the amendments. New agreements in this regard may be recorded in an Addendum.

The maximum quantity and/or value of the Order is € 20,000,000 excluding VAT and indexations. If this maximum quantity and/or value is reached before the end of the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement is exhausted and we are entitled to terminate the framework agreement in accordance with what is stipulated in the framework agreement.
