Under the contract, the holder:

-Ensures the maintenance in operational condition of TRANSACO design rescue stretchers (and their associated equipment: pantores and shell mattresses) used for helicopter winching in the context of rescue operations at sea or on land carried out by the Air and Space Force and the Navy. In this context, the incumbent ensures the preventive and corrective maintenance of this equipment (technical control, parts and labor maintenance);

-Provides the complete hardware, spare parts and consumables users need.

this draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code.

this draft contract includes both flat-rate services and other services that may be ordered by purchase orders pursuant to Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code.

Pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the contract may present significant technical hazards, it will include a share of supplies and services that could not be precisely defined in the initial public contract.
