Invest-NL wishes an agreement with one contractor per lot for the benefit of audit services. The assignment is split into two plots, namely:

1. Internal audits

2. External audits

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.

For the time being, Invest-NL assumes at least 4 audits per year for about 100-130 hours, whereby in consultation with the Contractor can deviate from this depending on the weight of the audit. Over the total term (4 years) of the Assignment, it is expected that the total financial size of lot 1 will be around €400,000 to €650,000 (excluding VAT). Because the need can fluctuate due to possible growth and current affairs, the possibility that more audits are desired must be taken into account. The order value over the total term of the framework agreement, including options for renewals, is capped to €800,000 (excluding VAT). The Contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way.

On the total possible term (5 years) of the Assignment, it is expected that the total financial size of lot 2 (external audits) will be around €500,000 to €700,000 (excluding VAT). The Contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way.
