The Hanseatic City of Anklam is looking for a fiduciary redevelopment agency pursuant to §§ 157 ff. BauGB for the redevelopment area "Wohngebiet Südstadt" within the framework of the urban development promotion program "Social Cohesion" and "Growth and Sustainable Renewal" carried out with subsidies.

The object of the assignment in this procedure is the support of this overall urban development measure as a fiduciary redevelopment agency.

The redevelopment agency is to be used for all measures that arise within the redevelopment area "Hanseatic City of Anklam – Residential Area Südstadt". This includes the preparation, implementation and accounting of the individual measures as well as the overall measure. Tasks to be performed include the fiduciary administration of funds in accordance with §§ 160, 161 BauGB in compliance with the applicable funding guidelines, the preparation and updating of the action plan, applications to authorities, in particular for individual measures and urban development funds, advice on the development and updating of urban development plans and in the preparation for the award of individual measures as well as updating the cost and Financing overview according to § 149 BauGB and others. A precise description of the tasks to be performed is not yet possible, as the implementation of individual measures depends on the granting of funding. An overview of the planned individual measures and a map of the area are attached to the tender documents as Annexes 1 and 2.

The tasks to be carried out will include the following aspects:

- Preparation and monitoring of the overall urban development measure as well as the individual measures and implementation-related studies and expert opinions

- Participation in the development and updating of urban planning

- Negotiation with the authorities to be involved and participation in public relations activities

- Establishment, management and administration of the trust assets according to § 160 BauGB

- Update of the cost and financing overview according to § 149 BauGB

- Preparation of annual funding applications, including processing of annual status reports, accompanying information and monitoring reports

- Preparation of the annual interim accounts and the accounts of the overall measure at the end of the overall measure
