The subject of the procurement procedure is the supply of electricity to the indicated facilities, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385)

1. The subject matter of the procurement procedure shall be the supply of electricity to the

facilities of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (Dz.

Laws of 2022, item 1385)

1.1. The Ordering Party in these proceedings acts on its own behalf.

1.2. Otwockie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. will conclude the agreement on its own behalf and will

both the buyer and the payer/payee.

1.3. Estimated electricity demand in the period: 12 months from the date of signing the agreement,

amounts to 3,836,300 MWh. The amount of electricity provided does not constitute an obligation of the Contracting Authority to purchase

electricity of this magnitude. Delivery will be billed on the basis of actual consumption

according to the price resulting from the submitted offer.
