Successive delivery of diesel oil up to the maximum amount according to the Subject of the Order corresponding to the PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06 Standard and quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015; item 1680 ) by the Supplier's means of transport to the PKS Jarosław SA field branch - Ustrzyki Dolne, ul. November 29, 37.

Diesel fuel grade F, code according to CPV 09134100-8 for the winter period corresponding to PN-EN 590 + AI: 2017-06 Standard and quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) - 150,000.00 L.
2. Diesel fuel grade D, code according to CPV 09134100-8 for the transitional period corresponding to the PN-EN 590 + AI: 2017-06 Standard and quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) - 100,000.00 L.
3. Diesel fuel grade B, code according to CPV 09134100-8 for the summer period corresponding to PN-EN 590 + AI: 2017-06 Standard and quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) - 100,000.00 L.
Conditions required from the bidder:
- The subject of the order should come from current production from 2018 and 2019,
- Each delivery must meet the conditions specified in the Subject of the Order,
- The purchase of diesel fuel is not expected. "Arctic"
- Each delivery of diesel oil carried out by the Supplier must have a laboratory test report (quality certificate) consistent in content with the material delivery document and issued by an Accredited Laboratory,
- Each diesel fuel supply must be delivered in tank trucks,
- Each delivery must have proof of issue, which must include:
- Release date
- From what base the fuel is dispensed,
- Tanker registration number
- Surname and first name of the escort driver
- Consignee of the parcel,
- Fuel Type
- The amount of fuel broken down into individual chambers
- Filling temperature with density
- Volume delivered (m

- it is allowed to manually enter data regarding the density of the fuel supplied, provided that the supplier allows the parameter control with the device located in the equipment of the filling station and the Release Certificate will show the mass, volume and temperature of the fuel supplied;
- units of measurement for volume and density may be given in various units of measurement in accordance with the SI system in force in Poland, however, the units of measurement specified on the fuel delivery note must have specific conversion factors for the units of measurement specified in the specification;
- the price offered should refer to a liter of real diesel
(volume of 1 liter of diesel fuel according to the density measured with a hydrometer at 150 C).
Other information affecting the correct ordering process, e.g. form of remuneration, amount of security on due performance of the contract, transport conditions, warranty period, warranty.
- Oil deliveries will be made by the Supplier's means of transport and at his expense a maximum of 2-3 times a month, on business days - i.e. days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in accordance with art. 1 item 1 of the Act of 18.1.1951 on non-working days (Journal of Laws No. 4 item 28, as amended); orders will be placed on business days due to the fact that the supplier's logistics services work only on business days,
- Diesel oil must be delivered to the above-mentioned Ordering Party's branch from 7:00 to 15:00 on the day specified in the order.
- Deliveries will be made in periodic batches, in quantities using the full capacity of the tanker truck, the size of which will range from 7,000 l to 20,000 l, depending on the needs of the Employer - smaller amounts will be marginal in relation to the total supply
- The date, amount of delivery and type of oil will be each time determined by the Purchaser by order by fax or e-mail 24 hours in advance, i.e. 24 hours before the date of delivery of diesel oil to the above-mentioned Ordering Party,
- The supplier is obliged to complete the order within 1 business day of placing the order, i.e. 24 hours, but not longer than 48 hours. Delivery will take place on business days from 7:00 to 15:00,
- Fuel acceptance report containing the determination by the Employer, in the presence of the Contractor's (driver's) representative of the quantity of diesel fuel delivered which is the basis for issuing the invoice, will be always available for inspection by the contractor (the driver). The amount of diesel fuel accepted will be confirmed on a copy of the Contractor's (driver's) GM receipt,
- The invoice for the delivered diesel fuel will be issued on the basis of confirmed receipt of diesel oil at the Fuel Station warehouse in quantitative terms, determined in fact after 20 minutes (minimum liquid mirror stabilization time) from the moment the diesel oil is drained into the underground tank (approved for use by the Office of Technical Inspection) Branch in Rzeszów, the procedure for accepting diesel fuel in storage and determining the quantity is in accordance with the table developed by the Regional Office of Measures in Przemyśl.) The amount of fuel accepted for invoicing is the quantity at reference temperature 15
- The recipient will randomly check the diesel fuel supplied in terms of quality and compliance with the laboratory test report (quality certificate) by sampling by the Accredited Laboratory and testing.
In the event of delivery of diesel fuel which is not in accordance with the subject of the order, contractual penalties will be charged and the Recipient shall demand immediate replacement of the delivered diesel oil under pain of immediate termination of the concluded contract without notice, which will be notified to the Public Procurement Office.
- The amount of diesel oil supplied will be determined by the recipient on the basis of the readings of the Franklin Fueling Systems measuring probes installed in the fuel tanks, before the start of the discharge and after accepting the supplied fuel [20 minutes after unloading - the minimum time for stabilizing the liquid mirror and analyzing temperature measurements, liquid and quantity] of the measuring probe, as well as the tanker's measuring probe. It is allowed to settle the amount of delivered fuel and invoicing on the basis of the meter reading installed on the tanker truck at a reference temperature (15 degrees C), verified by the Office of Measures.
The results are calculated using conversion tables developed by the Regional Office of Measures, taking into account the permissible errors of measurement in the tank in accordance with the relevant provisions regarding them.

The fuel is not traded outside or abroad.
- Sampling and storage is not in accordance with the Regulation
