The NMA intends to purchase 5 SUVs, the delivery of which must be no later than December 15, 2023. The purchase is divided into 5 parts. For each part of the object of purchase for which the offer will be made, suppliers are obliged to offer the entire volume of goods. Other provisions: The same supplier may submit a tender for one, several or all parts of the procurement object. The contracting authority shall not limit the maximum number of parts of the subject-matter of the contract which may lead to the award of the same supplier. The contracting authority shall retain the possibility of deciding to award a single procurement contract in respect of the lots it specifies, for which the same supplier may be awarded in accordance with the procurement documents.
