Hillerød Municipality currently has a health centre on Milnersvej in Hillerød. With this tender, Hillerød Municipality wants to find a client consultant who can assist Hillerød Municipality in connection with an expansion of the Health Centre. The client consultant must prepare a building programme and outline proposals for the extension. In addition, there will be several options for Hillerød Municipality to be able to draw on in connection with the design phase and the subsequent execution phase.

The period up to and including the outline proposal phase will be carried out in fixed price. Benefits in the period thereafter will be settled in the time spent.

The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure in accordance with sections 61-66 of the Danish Public Procurement Act. The reason why the tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure is that Hillerød Municipality wants a discussion of which project and contractual conditions are of significant importance to the tender.

Hillerød Municipality reserves the right to award on the initial offer. The tenderers are thus not guaranteed the opportunity to participate in negotiations with Hillerød Municipality.
