The subject of the order is the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski.
The Contracting Authority shall divide the order into parts:
Part 1: “Receipt and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski”
A detailed description of the object of the contract for partial task No 1 is set out in Annex 10 A, which is annexed to the SWZ.
Part 2: “Reception, transport and development of ash and slag from household fireboxes from property owners residing in the territory of the Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski”
A detailed description of the object of the contract for partial task No 2 is set out in Annex No 10 B, which is annexed to the SWZ.
“Receipt and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the territory of the Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski”The subject of the Order is:
1. Collection and transport of municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract from the properties where the residents live, located in the Ostrów Wielkopolski Municipality and delivering it to the municipal waste management installation, i.e. the Regional Waste Management Plant in Ostrów Wielkopolski, 121 Staroprzygodzka Street. In the event of a failure of a municipal installation or in conditions that deviate from proper operation, it is allowed to direct the waste stream to another installation.
Receipt and transport of non-segregated (mixed) waste, segregated waste and large-sized waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment from real estate residing in Ostrów Wielkopolski Municipality of 35 localities listed in Annex No 15 to SWZ — list households.
The location of the village in the area of the municipality is shown in the annexed view map (municipal area) annex No. 12 to the SWZ.
All costs associated with the implementation of the contract's subject matter shall be taken into account in the price of the waste collection, inter alia the costs of transferred bags for selective waste collection, stickers, drug containers, batteries, etc.- in accordance with the terms of the SWZ.
The amount of municipal waste generated on the territory of the Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski is not dependent on the Ordering Party. Established quantities are estimated and subject to change.

Estimated amount of municipal waste provided for receipt and transport from property owners during the term of the contract:
- 4,200.00 Mg - unsorted (mixed) waste
- 1,755.20 Mg – segregated waste, i.e.:
• 480 Mg - plastics, multi-material packaging waste, metals,
• 460 Mg - glass,
• 65 Mg - paper,
• 750 Mg - bioodpady
• 0,200 Mg - expired drugs
- 280.00 Mg – bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment.
The Contracting Authority reserves that the above amounts of waste are estimated and the actual amount of the individual types of waste received and transferred to the development will depend on the demand of the inhabitants of the municipality.
Contractors shall not be entitled to any claim for less than the estimated amount of waste collected from property owners.
2. Establishment and operation of at least one Selective Community Waste Collective Point (PSZOK) from the inhabitants of the Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski, hereinafter referred to as the Point, located within the city of Ostrów Wielkopolski or the Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski, meeting the conditions laid down in the OPZ as an annex to the SWZ.
A detailed description of the object of the contract for partial task No 1is set out in Annex No 10 A, which is annexed to the SWZ.
The Purchaser does not allow submission of equivalent offers.
“Reception, transport and development of ash and slag from household fireboxes from property owners residing in the territory of the municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski”The subject of the Order is:
1) collection of municipal waste — ash and slag from domestic fireboxes created and collected on all properties residing in the territory of the municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski,
2) transport and management of waste: ash and slag from domestic fireboxes to be transported and processed under remuneration to an installation which has an appropriate authorisation for the use of this waste and meets the requirements laid down in the applicable rules laws.
Estimated amount of the above-mentioned municipal waste to be collected
and transport from property owners during the term of the contract: 1,000.00 Mg
The Contracting Authority reserves that the amount of waste given above is an estimate and the actual amount will depend on the demand of the inhabitants of the commune.
The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the municipal installation to which the contractor will transfer the waste for use.
In the event of a change in the municipal installation that the contractor indicated in the offer during the course of the contract, this is acceptable.
The properties from which waste will be collected are located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski. The area of the Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski is 207 km2. The municipality includes 35 Słecki villages.
Detailed scope of the provision of the service of receiving ash and slag from household fireboxes from the owners of residential property - in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of the Municipality of Ostrów Wielkopolski no. XXXV/345/21 of 6 September 2021 on the detailed method and scope of the provision of services in the field the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of this waste in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the property owners.
