The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 5,044,852.27 for financing and refinancing investment tasks related to the granting of subsidies to entities belonging to the public finance sector:
1) a targeted subsidy from the budget for financing or co-financing the costs of investment implementation and investment purchases of other units of the public finance sector for the investment task entitled "Construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path at DK 25 from Brzoza to Nowa Wieś Wielka", a loan in the amount of PLN 1,100,000.00,
2) a targeted subsidy transferred to the voivodship self-government for investments and investment purchases carried out on the basis of agreements between local government units for the investment task entitled "Reconstruction and extension of the voivodeship road No. 254 Brzoza-Łabiszyn Barcin-Mogilno-Wylatowo (Brzoza-Barcin section). Section I from km 0+069 to km 13+280", loan in the amount of PLN 3,944,852.27.

Requirements for the subject of the order:
1) loan amount - up to PLN 5,044,852.27 (in words: Five million forty-four thousand eight hundred fifty-two zlotys 27/100); The Ordering Party has the right not to use the full amount of the credit without incurring additional costs;
2) loan period - until 31.12.2029,
3) release of the loan - in tranches, successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party, who will inform the Contractor 3 days in advance about the amount of the tranche,
4) grace period for repayment of capital - until 30/03/2024,
5) repayment of capital after the grace period, in quarterly installments in the amount of PLN 210,202.00,
5) repayment of interest - monthly, on the last day of the month,
6) the loan will be granted at a variable interest rate,
7) the interest base during the loan period will be determined for a period of 1 month at the WIBOR 1M rate from the last business day of the month and will apply to determine the interest rate starting from the 1st day of the following month, increased by the Bank's fixed margin; in the event of liquidation of the WIBOR 1M rate, it will be changed, by agreement of the parties, to the rate that will replace the WIBOR 1M rate or the rate most similar in size and nature to the WIBOR 1M rate without costs charged to the Ordering Party;
8) the actual calendar 365/366 days should be used to calculate interest on the loan; interest will be calculated for the actual number of days in a given month,
9) the loan may not be charged with other fees, such as preparation commission, etc.,
10) The Ordering Party does not allow for the possibility of charging other commissions and fees for: resignation from part of the loan, change in repayment of capital installments in terms of amounts and dates, early repayment of the loan or its part, prolongation in repayment of the loan;
11) collateral for the loan - a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration (the Ordering Party will sign a statement of submission to enforcement).
