The subject of the order is the implementation of postal operational activities outsourced to the Logistics Operations Pion of the Distribution Region in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as POL RD in W-ie). The activities referred to above include, inter alia, opening a bag or cartridge with consignments, manual chapter of consignments according to the PNA code or address, drawing up a bindle from split shipments, placing a bundle in a bag or cartridge, entering packaging data with consignments into the system for by means of a manual scanner, removing the item of cargo from the car, scanning the item of the load by hand scanner, moving the load item to the indicated location, loading the load item into the car — a detailed description of the activity is set out in Annex 1 to the contract (catalogue activities).

The service will be performed during the days and hours of operation of the correct organizational cell, daytime and night time, 7 days a week in full and part-time work. In the case of foreigners - persons directed to work must know and speak the Polish language to a communicative degree in speech, writing and reading.The number of man-hours provided for implementation by the Contractor during the execution of the task is max. 52142 rbh. The commencement of execution may not be later than after the expiry of 1 tyg.counted from the date of conclusion of the contract. Period 1 th., between the conclusion and the beginning of the execution of the contract, the Contractor will allocate to prepare for the provision of the Service by meeting a team of persons who perform the contract and their training.Performing postal activities operation. will rely on the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 25§1 of the Act Labor Code. The persons performing the activities referred to in the sentence above must be employed by the Contractor on the basis of an employment contract. A detailed description of the execution of the contract includes a model contract, forming part 3 of the SWZ.Zam.It permits to entrust the performance of part of the contract to the Subcontractor to the extent indicated in point IV.8 of SWZ. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of granting the existing Contractor services, in the mode of a free hand contract pursuant to Article 388 (2) (c) of the Pzp Act, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, in accordance with the subject of the basic contract (up to 50% of the value of the services constituting the subject of the basic order). Conditions under which the above contract from free hand will be awarded:

2) The number of man-hours for the additional order to perform by the GD.during the execution of the task is up to 26000 rbh.
3) The template of the contract will be forwarded to the Contractor with the invitation to negotiate.
4) Contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases as in the progress agreement.
5. The obligations of the Parties shall be governed on a basis analogous to the contract concluded in the basic procurement procedure.
6) It provides for the employment of employees of the Contractor under the contract of employment, as in the contract for the basic contract.
7) Order period: 22 weeks.
8) The commencement of execution may not take place later than the expiry of 1 thousand from the date of conclusion of the contract. Period 1, between the conclusion and the beginning of the execution of the contract, the Contractor shall allocate to prepare for the provision of the Usł. by collecting persons for the performance of the contract and training them.
9. The Contracting Authority shall be implemented in the Contracting Authority allows the entrustment of the part of the subcontractor in the scope of point IV.10.10 SWZ.
