Procurement of lawyer services for the Norwegian Customs

The Norwegian Customs would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of lawyer services. The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that Norwegian Customs has efficient access to qualitative good legal services when needed. As a starting point, internal lawyers are used for legal questions, but at times the department needs advice, quality assurance, or expertise within the following sub-areas: Labour law and pensions, business law areas, and official legal areas. Assistance within solving disputes and procedures can also be relevant within the requested sub-areas.

Each sub-area makes up an independent contest and will be evaluated independently of the other sub-areas. A framework agreement will be signed with 1 tenderer per sub-area.
