The subject of the contract is the exercise of construction supervision of the investor along with natural supervision over the execution of construction works according to the design of the LS-PROJECT studio Maciej Sikorski, who obtained on 10.06.2022 a permit to perform the demolition of the existing concrete basin with technical infrastructure, water stream and other elements as well as the concrete surface with the edges and substructure, as well as the reconstruction of the pond along with land development and infrastructure. technical in the Roman Kozłowski Park in Warsaw, in the area of Dz. ew. no. 11/6, 5/1, 5/3, 11/8, 11/4 from precinct 1-10-01 in the area of Surowieckiego Street in Warsaw in accordance with the decision of the President of the m.st of Warsaw No. 97/D/22, which became final on 05.07.2022.

The aim of the investment is to modernize the inactive pond and its surroundings in the Roman Kozłowski Park and adapt the area to perform leisure and representative functions.

The subject of the contract includes supervision over the fulfillment by the contractor of construction works of all conditions and obligations resulting from all issued decisions of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection and the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.

The detailed scope of works covered by the supervision is specified in: design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works together with bills of quantities and cost estimates, as well as provisions contained in the contract and the description of the subject of the contractor's contract, constituting an annex to the OPZ.
