For this purpose, a new building is to be planned on Westbahnhofstraße west of the Hermann-Hepper-Halle.

The competition is offered as a one-stage, non-open implementation competition with an upstream selection procedure with 15 participants. The organizer selects 5 participants in advance. The procedure is anonymous.
