The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Kazimierza Wielka Commune and other units

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's electricity consumption points on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text) Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law" and in implementing acts issued on its basis, with specific quality standards. Electricity quality standards are described in the Energy Law, in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 819), in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505, as amended).

2. The supply of electricity to be supplied during the term of the Agreement shall amount to 535.560 MWh to electricity consumption points listed in Annex 2A to the SWZ.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as the requirements and rules for the performance of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3A to the SWZ together with the list of electricity consumption points constituting Annex 2A to the SWZ.
