Provision of expert services to support the development and implementation of the EIF Strategic Impact Measurement Pilot Project (ESIMP):

1. measurement and valuation of environmental impacts related to geographical and sectoral entities for the EU and its Member States as well as selected EIF portfolios and mandates (and related data sets, KPIs, dashboard, analysis, and documentation);

2. related general project management services, including support for stakeholder workshops and seminars supporting the uptake of ESIMP;

3. an optional extension of the environmental impact measurement scope to include social and human impacts, and an online impact measurement and valuation tool.
