Provision of terrestrial fuels for the benefit of State services and its public institutions by means of flow-through cards to service station networks, as well as motorway toll, vehicle wash and vehicle electric charging services .

The purpose of this lot is to provide all land fuels delivered in the licensee's or partners' service station network where available, including: liquid fuels:

- gas oils, B7, B10 and XLT,

- the premium unleaded fuel Sp95 or E5,

- the premium unleaded fuel Sp98 or E5,

- the premium unleaded fuel Sp95-E10 or E10,

- the super ethanol E85.

Gaseous fuels:

- Liquefied petroleum gas for LPG vehicles,

- fuel (current LPG-C) or LPG,

- the natural gas vehicle in its 2 variants:

- Liquefied natural gas LNG or LNG,

CNG or CNG compressed natural gas,

- hydrogen fuel or H2.

Some additives: the Ad-Blue additive only when it is dispensed at the pump.

The means (cards or badges or other) provided in the context of lot 2 must allow the passage of tolls on the entire French motorway network, as well as the passage of tolls set up upstream of certain road buildings (bridges, tunnels). The holder must be able to provide means adapted to all types of road vehicles (classes 1 to 5).

The means provided (card or badge) in the context of lot 3 must allow the washing of vehicles in a washing station, adjacent or not to a fuel filling station.

The means provided under this lot must allow the vehicle to be electrically recharged in the licensee's network and those of its commercial partners.
